Where is the U.N. headquarters?

  • New York City correct

Here's a fun fact: before the UN headquarters existed, the property was a slaughterhouse. It was constructed in stages between 1948 and 1952 and was funded by John D. Rockerfeller Jr. who donated $8.5 million to have it built. Perhaps this is the reason that New York defines itself as the Capital of the World! Well, that and the hot dogs. Source: New York Times
