    In 2012, Tony Wang, the general manager at Twitter UK, called Twitter "the free speech wing of the free speech party." He spoke too soon. In 2014, the company blocked Pravy Sektor's account because of a Russian court order along with 76% of the other 17 content removal requests. This year, they are getting heat for deleting Mike Fossey's satirically violent account reporting it as harassment.
