    Each year, millions of people make New Year's resolutions. After all, it's the perfect time to press the restart button, set new goals and try new activities. A Nielsen survey showed a combined 69 percent of people looked to live healthier lives in 2015, with 37 percent of them wanting to stay fit and healthy and 32 percent hoping to lose weight. Third on the list with 28 percent of the vote was to enjoy life to the fullest, and fourth was spend less and save more. The top five was rounded out by 19 percent of folks who wanted to spend more time with their friends and family during the new year. Source: Nielsen
